Refund Policy
- Return only at branch item was purchased
- No Return and No Refund for COLD CHAIN MEDICATION (FOR ALL CLIENTS)
- You can return any unwanted intact, unopened items, medicines to Pharmasolutions within 24hours of purchase for individuals and 3 days for healthcare professionals/hospitals/clinics with receipt. Note: Loose tablets, not in sealed packs cannot be returned, except on condition they never left the Pharmacy.
- We can replace like for like item(s). Medicines, food, extemporaneous preparations (within or outside Pharmacy) or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they’re faulty.
- If you’ve asked for a replacement, we’ll update you via email. If your item(s) is out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.
- No Return and No Refund for reduced Cost item due to short date or damaged container.
- For refunds, we’ll credit your original payment method and remove any loyalty points collected. Please allow up to 24 to 72 hours ( most are done within 24-48 hours) for the refund to be processed.
- If no receipt , but evidence of possibility of purchase from Pharmasolutions, Please complete additional comments section and you May receive a store Credit but no Refund.
